REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE 

You can choose one price category corresponding to your profile, then proceed to payment and ask for a bill during the procedure. Should you have any questions about the payment procedure, please contact irmbam@ipag.fr.

REGISTRATION FEES

The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and a gala dinner. 

• Registration deadline (early bird): June 15, 2025

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

The accompanying person fee: €150 is for a participant's accompanying partner who wants to attend the conference's gala dinner. This fee does NOT allow for attendance in the scientific program.

OTHER PAYMENT METHOD

By Bank Transfer:

• You could have 10 days to pay your balance from your registration date and no later than the registration deadline.
• Please indicate "IRMBAM-2025-YOURFULLNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to irmbam@ipag.fr.
• Bank charges must be paid at your expense.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw before the registration deadline. No refunds are available on or after that date.
